1.use wooden comb for combing your hair



As we use wooden comb it promotes blood circulation to the roots of hair and promotes the hair growth

2.use inversion method combing


As we combo our hair in an inversion manner it also helps in hair growth
 and gives proper blood circulation to the roots of hair.

3.detangling your hair




As we get many tangles to our hair,we have to dentangle it.while we detangle our hair we should  always  start detangling from the ends of our hair to the roots.It prevents the hair loss.we should detangle our hair before we go to head bath.
 

4.oiling your hair


It is very important to oil our hair daily.But so many of us dont do that.So we should oil our hair atleast 2-3 times a week.

5.Cutting of spilt ends




It is very important to cut your splits atleast for every 6weeks.Spilt ends stops the growth of hair.So we have to cut your splits for every 6weeks.Oiling  to spilts is very necessary.

6.Shampooing your hair


We have to shampoo our hair atleast 2 times a week.While we shampoo our hair we should only use shampoo on the scalp.We should use chemical free shampoos.We should mix some water into the shampoo and apply it to our hair so that it does not cause any damage to hair.

7.Conditioning your hair

It is very important to condition our hair after shampooing.We have to squeez our hair gently and should apply conditioner to the hair so that it gives softness to the hair.It gives nourishment to hair.


8. Hair mask

It is very important to apply hair mask once in every week.


9.Use silk scrunchies

We should use silk scrunchies to prevent hair loss



10.loose braid

Before we go to bed I suggest you to braid your hair loosely to prevent hair damage.
